➽ Go to the official NBI Clearance website at www.nbi-clearance.com.
➽ Next please tick mark the YES checkbox to identify that your registration is an NBI Clearance Renewal.
➽ Next please Enter your First Name, Sur Name, Date of Birth and your OLD NBI ID Number.
➽ Then after Click the PROCEED button to continue your registration.
➽ If your NBI Clearance ID Number was available in the NBI Clearance Database, then it will show you this above image “Data Successfully Retrieve”. It means that you can proceed with the next step and your NBI Clearance can be renewed.
➽ If your NBI Clearance ID Number was not found in the NBI Clearance Database, then it will display you this Message “The system cannot find the given NBI ID” as shown in the above image. That means that you can’t continue with your NBI Clearance Renewal and must register as a NEW NBI Clearance Application.

➽ Next, if you have successfully get your NBI Clearance ID Number. Then if will show this “REGISTER” window where it will be automatically filled up with your details such as your Marital Status, Date of Birth, Gender, and your Complete Name.
➽ The last 3 field boxes are for you need to fill up. Enter your correct email address and your chosen password.
➽ Next please tick mark the I ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE checkbox, then click on the SIGN UP button.
NBI Clearance Renewal Application
➽ Next, you will be redirected to your NBI Clearance Online Account dashboard, where you can see all the (already) filled up Application form.
➽ Next, please click on the “APPLY FOR CLEARANCE” button, as shown in the above image.
➽ Enter the Valid IDs proof you’ll bring. Make sure you must have two valid IDs.
The NBI Clearance Renewal requirement is any two (2) of the following valid Identification Cards:
- Voter’s ID
- Driver’s License
- PRC License
- SSS ID
- Valid Philippine Passport
- Postal ID
- School ID
- TIN ID
- GSIS UMID
- Philhealth ID
- Alien Certificate of Registration
- Senior Citizen
- Previous Copy of NBI Clearance
➽ Next click on the “I Agree” button.
NBI Clearance Renewal Appointment scheduling
➽ First of all please, Select the NBI Clearance Branch from the drop-down list. then after please select the dates and the time slots (AM/PM).
➽ After scheduling your NBI Clearance Renewal appointment with NBI Clearance Branch, then you can select the payment option.
NBI Clearance Renewal Fee Payment
➽ Here we suggest that you can select the paying your NBI Clearance Payment thru 7-Eleven for your comfort.
➽ Next, it will display the amount of NBI Clearance.➽ Then please click the “Proceed To Payment” button, as shown in the above image.
➽ Next, it will show your NBI Clearance Payment Reference Number. Please take note of this and bring this to 7-Eleven.
➽ Please don’t forget that the NBI Clearance amount that you should be paying consist of E-Payment Service (P25) + NBI Clearance Fee (P130) + 7-Eleven Convenience Fee (P15) which totals to P170.
➽ Keep the receipt as proof of your NBI Clearance Payment. Now, you can log in back to your NBI Clearance Account and check if your payment is already considered.
➽ Next click on the TRANSACTIONS Menu. You will see the status of your application.
➽ If its show PENDING status, just wait for it to change the status to PAID.
➽ If you see that it’s PAID, then you can click on the Details button to print your NBI Clearance Online Application.
➽ You’re almost done with your NBI Clearance Renewal Application. The next thing to do is wait for your appointment date and time to process your NBI Clearance.
➽ Make sure you must have a 2 valid ID proof that will be presented as a requirement in applying for NBI Clearance Renewal.
➽ Biometrics and Photo capture will be done at the NBI Clearance Branch. It will normally take 5 to 10 minutes depending on the volume of the candidates.
➽ The NBI Clearance candidate will also have a chance to review all the personal information written on It’s NBI Clearance Application before it gets printed. You can correct or modify all the information written if you need it to be changed.
